Bakwas... no bluetooth enabled... no support team... even I changed the battery.... inserting evry strip showing ER 1... worst device... dont buy

I had purchased an Apollo glucometer on 30.07.25 and it is giving fairly good readings but the product does not have owner's manual. I am unable to connect it to my smartphone and adjust date and time.

I have ordered glucometer strips but they have given sent Glucometer. What hell they are providing serve useless. There is not return option. Stupid.

Is this iso standard?
