I ordered 3 black brown shades and the dispatch person sends me 2 black brown and 1 black original shade. Why is the dispatcher so irresponsible doing whatever he or she want’s.

I ordered shade 3 brown black 8 nos but delivered 5 nos brown black and 3 nos shade 2 original black. please instruct your despach section people to check thoroughly before sending the item and send correct items only. I don't use original black. in m last order also you did this mistake.
