Everything is on time but the delivery agent does not wait for at least for few seconds after giving the door bell. It's not only about today. Everytime it's the same.

Despite my previous feedback, delivery agents continue to knock persistently without allowing a reasonable amount of time for the door to be answered

The order was delivered to someone else without asking them for the otp at 9.40pm. I had received the delivery message at 9.40pm and it was actually delivered to me at 10.15pm. Also when it came to me, the packet was completely opened.
