Drug Warnings
Do not take Estriol if you are allergic to it or if you have breast/womb/ovary cancer, unexplained/unusual vaginal bleeding, womb problems (thickening of the womb lining), blood clot disorders, recent stroke, liver disease, or porphyria (an inherited disorder that causes nerve or skin problems). Inform your doctor if you have endometriosis (abnormal growth of tissues outside the womb), womb tumours, high blood pressure, diabetes, gall bladder disease, migraine, epilepsy/fits/seizures, asthma, systemic lupus erythematosus (an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation), otosclerosis (hearing disorder due to growth of bone in the inner ear), or heart/kidney/liver problems. Let your doctor know if you are taking any prescription/non-prescription medicines or herbal/vitamin supplements.
