You should take Speedral Capsule on an empty stomach with water, preferably about an hour before meals, for optimal absorption. Shelcal-HD Tablet is best taken with or just after a meal to improve calcium absorption and prevent stomach upset. Please do not take them together, as calcium may interfere with iron absorption.

Shelcal HD contains both calcium and vitamin D3, which support bone health. But if you have low bone density or osteoporosis, you might need specific osteoporosis medicines depending on your condition. Talk to your doctor about whether you need stronger bone-strengthening treatment.
