You should take Speedral Capsule on an empty stomach with water, preferably about an hour before meals, for optimal absorption. Shelcal-HD Tablet is best taken with or just after a meal to improve calcium absorption and prevent stomach upset. Please do not take them together, as calcium may interfere with iron absorption.
