I've been experiencing back and neck pain for a few months. Is this a sign of sphondaelytics or anything else?

Muscle strain, bad posture, prolonged sitting or mobile use, stress, vitamin deficiencies, or disorders like cervical or lumbar spondylosis ("spondylitis") can all cause back and neck pain that lasts for several months. Although it may not necessarily indicate a dangerous illness, you should see a doctor if the pain persists, spreads to your arms or legs, and causes numbness, weakness, or stiffness. The pain may be lessened by maintaining good posture, stretching frequently, doing modest exercise, sleeping in the right position, and limiting screen time.
