What should be the dosage for gas/acidity problem?? We did not take advice of any physician for purchase.
OMU Water is an Ayurvedic preparation used to relieve gas, acidity, and mild stomach discomfort and to support digestion. As it is a traditional Ayurvedic product, there is no standardised dosage established through large-scale clinical trials, and dosing is generally based on manufacturer recommendations. The usual suggested dose is 3 teaspoons (30 ml) mixed in half a cup of water twice daily after meals, and for children, 1 teaspoon (10 ml) mixed in one-quarter cup of water twice daily after meals. Do not exceed the recommended amount. If symptoms are persistent, severe, or recurrent, medical evaluation is advised to rule out underlying gastrointestinal disorders.
