I have hypertension and was taking Revas AM 5 for the last 5 years, but my BP became 170/90, so I started Telma 80. My BP is still around 170/100. What should I do to control my blood pressure?
Blood pressure around 170/100 is high and means your current treatment may not be controlling it well. Take your medicines regularly and reduce salt intake, processed foods, and stress in daily life. Maintain a healthy weight and include light daily physical activity if possible. Consult your doctor to review your treatment plan and decide if a change in dose or medicines is needed.
