Could a fever of 100?F that hasn't gone down for 24 hours be dengue fever, even though I have no body aches and have taken Sinarest and Crocin?
A mild fever of 100?F for 24 hours is very common and often due to simple viral infections. While dengue is possible, the absence of body aches makes it less typical. Importantly, both Sinarest and Crocin contain paracetamol. Taking them together can lead to an accidental overdose, which can harm your liver. Please stop taking both together. Stick to just one, like Crocin (paracetamol), as directed. Keep well-hydrated, rest, and if your fever persists past three days, rises, or if you develop rashes, please consult a doctor for a simple blood test.
