I have a problem with regular acidity. How can I cope with it?
Regular acidity can be managed with small lifestyle changes. Eat small, frequent meals, avoid spicy, oily, fried foods, caffeine, and late-night eating, and do not lie down for at least 2 to 3 hours after meals. Reduce stress, stop smoking if you do, and maintain a healthy weight. Antacids or acid-reducing medicines may help, but if acidity is frequent or severe, see a doctor to find the cause and get proper treatment.
