Thyrox 75 mcg and Thyropace should only be taken together if advised by your doctor, based on your medical condition and specific needs. If prescribed, take Thyrox first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30–60 minutes before eating or taking any other medicine. Thyropace, being a supplement, should be taken later with food.
