While Duloton L (ethinylestradiol and levonorgestrel) is designed to regulate your cycle, it does not absolutely guarantee a period every single time. With PCOD, underlying hormonal fluctuations can sometimes delay this withdrawal bleed. I recommend waiting another 2 to 3 days, as it can occasionally take up to 10 days for the bleed to start. If it still does not arrive, please gently reach out to your doctor to rule out pregnancy (if active) and discuss your next steps.
