The after sales service is very poor. They denied warranty even though product was within warranty period with proper bill and warranty card. The tamil guy who picks up the call is giving weird reasons and pretend to have a fake manager who denies the claim and he can't help anything.

All the products come from a Coimbatore facility where a tamil guy takes the call. My thermometer turned defective within the warranty period and this guy denied replacing or servicing it even though I had valid bill and warranty card with me. I will never purchase anything from Appolo again.
