All the products come from a Coimbatore facility where a tamil guy takes the call. My thermometer turned defective within the warranty period and this guy denied replacing or servicing it even though I had valid bill and warranty card with me. I will never purchase anything from Appolo again.

Too bright light for use during night. Also make strong beep sound.. not suitable for measuring kids temperature
