I am having loose motions. I had banana and pomegranate for breakfast, which gave some relief. What should I eat for lunch?
For lunch, choose light and easy-to-digest foods like plain rice, curd (dahi), khichdi, or boiled potatoes. Continue eating bananas if it suits you, and drink plenty of fluids like water, ORS, or coconut water to stay hydrated. Avoid spicy, oily, and outside food until your digestion settles. If loose motions continue for more than 2-3 days or you feel weak, consult a doctor.
