Lack of calcium, lubrication, and weakness. What to do?
Asked by Female, 49 · 2 days ago
A poor diet, anaemia, insufficient calcium, vitamin D deficiency, thyroid issues, stress, or sleep deprivation can all contribute to weakness. Stress, hormonal fluctuations, dehydration, and certain medications can all contribute to low vaginal lubrication. Consume a nutritious diet rich in milk, curd, eggs, almonds, green vegetables, and adequate protein; stay hydrated; receive frequent sunlight exposure; get enough sleep; and engage in regular exercise. If levels are low, doctors may occasionally recommend calcium and vitamin D supplementation, such as calcium pills. Using a safe water-based lubricant during sexual activity may help with vaginal dryness. See a doctor for a proper evaluation and blood tests if your symptoms persist or if you additionally have physical discomfort, irregular periods, extreme fatigue, or pain during sexual activity.
