I am currently taking Glycinorm-80 Tablet twice daily along with Vogliboz-0.3 Tablet, but my post-lunch blood glucose levels remain above 250 mg/dL. I am also taking Hosit D3 Tablet. Please advise if any medication adjustment is needed.
Persistent post-lunch blood glucose levels above 250 mg/dL suggest that your current medications are not providing adequate control. Before changing treatment, it is important to review your diet, meal timing, and whether Vogliboz-0.3 Tablet (Voglibose) is being taken correctly just before meals. If control remains inadequate, your doctor may consider adding a third antidiabetic medication such as a biguanide (Metformin), a DPP-4 inhibitor (Sitagliptin), or an SGLT2 inhibitor (Dapagliflozin). If blood sugar levels continue to stay high despite these measures, low-dose insulin therapy may be required.
