Gradually introduce foods rich in soluble fibre, such as oats, and natural probiotics, like plain yoghurt, to support gut health and regulate bowel movements. Additionally, avoid spicy, fatty, and processed foods, and stay well-hydrated with water or oral rehydration solutions if needed.
