My right eye has been twitching constantly for the past few days. I spend around 10 hours a day on screens and 3 hours reading. Which eye drops would be suitable to relieve it?

Eye twitching (myokymia or eyelid twitching) is commonly caused by eye strain, stress, tiredness, excessive screen use, or lack of sleep. Spending long hours on screens and reading can also lead to dry eyes, which may worsen the twitching. Using lubricating eye drops (artificial tears) may help relieve eye dryness and irritation. Choose preservative-free lubricating eye drops if you need to use them frequently. Along with using eye drops, follow the 20-20-20 rule by taking a 20-second break every 20 minutes and looking at something 20 feet away. Ensure proper sleep, reduce screen time when possible, and avoid rubbing your eyes. If the twitching continues for more than a few weeks, affects other parts of the face, causes pain, redness, vision changes, or eyelid drooping, consult an eye doctor for evaluation and treatment.
